Voice of the Cape Golden Hour Meet and Eat Luncheon - 4 June 2011

Voice of the Cape celebrated 16 years of broadcasting. They hosted a luncheon to raise funds for the station and donated part of the ticket sales to their Gaza water project. It was attended by mostly senior citizens. Gift of the Givers supplied food for the function as well as gift bags to the guests, who were taken by delighted surprise, as they were not expecting it. The total value of the project was R266,930.64.

Gift of the Givers provided :

750 Gift bags consisting of food and hygiene products.
Meat and ingredients for the lunch
Juice
Tea
Milk
Flowers
Savouries
Veggies
Bread
