Gift of the Givers Response:

The desolation following the Gujaret earthquake prompted us to sponsor 15 rescue personnel and two sniffer dogs to assist in a massive search and rescue operation.

In addition, we provided and distributed large quantities of food, freshwater, water purification tablets and medicine in an effort to assist those displaced by the ravages of the quake.

Following the acute phase of this natural disaster, our second-phase teams worked with an organisation known as BAPS to build a total of 20 houses.
