Bursaries have been sponsored in areas of medicine, physiotherapy, law, journalism, nursing, management, psychology, accounting, microbiology, information technology, engineering, health sciences, tourism, occupational therapy and actuarial science.

In November 2005, we made a R1.3 million grant to the Department of Science and Agriculture, University of KwaZulu Natal for scholarships and bursaries.

In 2009, we disbursed R1.5 million in bursaries, including R400,000 to the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
